How long does a typical computer repair take?
The repair duration depends on the complexity of the issue. Most minor repairs are completed within an hour, while more extensive repairs might require additional time. When a problem is going to take much longer than the typical appointment, we offer straight forward flat rate pricing and take the computer with us to repair the issue at the quoted flat rate, these prices always includes setting the computer up again on-site upon delivery. We aim to provide efficient service and minimize downtime as much as possible.
What is your hourly rate?
Our hourly rate is $150 per hour, and we have a one hour minimum on-site. Our technicians are highly trained and experiencd, and more than half our on-site jobs are completed in an hour or less, saving you time and money!
How much will the repair cost?
Our technicians are incredibly trained and experienced, more than 50% of our on-site repairs take an hour or less. In the event the technician realizes the repair will take exceedingly long, we offer to take the computer back to our office with us and repair it for a flat fee rather than an hourly rate, saving you money. The ultimate cost of the computer repair depends on the specific issue and required solutions.
Is there a warranty on the repairs?
Yes, we stand behind our workmanship and offer a warranty on the repairs we perform. The warranty duration may vary depending on the nature of the repair. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns that may arise.
